When you submit a property to, or modify a property on this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. The advertiser is wholly responsible for the accuracy of the property information published on the site.
2. We reserve the right to modify the property information, to remove offensive or inappropriate material or to bring the information in line with the house style.
3. We reserve the right to modify the way search results are displayed on the site.
4. We expect advertisers to respond promptly and courteously to all bookings.
5. We expect the advertiser to keep the availability calendar up to date via the use of the password protected administration area.
6. Whereas we endeavour to make the site available on a continuous basis, we do not guarantee the site will be available 24 hours a day, or that it will be free from errors or viruses or other harmful components.
7. We accept no legal responsibility for the accuracy of information, or for any action brought against the advertiser for breach of contract by the person or people renting the holiday property. www.cheapholidayapartments.info shall not be liable to the advertiser or owner for any loss, costs or damages resulting from the use of the site, or the inability to access or use the site.
8. Advertisers are strongly advised to have a legal contract between themselves and their tenants. We cannot be held liable for cancellations, non payment of rent, damage to the property or any other material loss.
9. When the advertiser submits a property to www.cheapholidayapartments.info, the advertiser acknowledges that the material (text , graphics and photos) has not been copied or is in breach of copyright. We cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertiser.
10. The advertiser assigns us a licence to reproduce in part, or in whole the material supplied.
11. We reserve the right to refuse web addresses or hypertext links to other web sites from within the site.
12. No hyperlinks to competitive accommodation directories will be permitted.
13. Hyperlinks to an advertiser's own website are permitted on condition a reciprocal link is placed to cheapholidayapartments.info. The links are from a set, trackable position within the site.
14. No hyperlinks to third party services such as car hire and insurance sites will be permitted.
15. Photos are to be uploaded on the owner's property page
16. We reserve the right to refuse any property advertisement.
17. Should an advertiser request a property be removed from the site at any time, this should be done via email or in writing.
18. We reserve the right to remove properties from the site should:
a) advertisers misrepresent their property in any way
b) advertisers double book their property
c) We receive substantiated complaints from holidaymakers who book an advertisers property'
